And the remote because sometimes it won't work. He explained why. The garage door and equipment is old. He serviced everything, put up a remote keypad telling me this would be helpful if the remote failed. I felt he listened carefully and resolved all of my concerns.

When he was finished he lubricated all the springs and rollers, even on the doors he didn’t repair.  Overhead is my go to for garage door repair.
